New Delhi, India

Just touched down this morning at 7am. Did not have much sleep on board. I guess probably due to the multiple glasses of shiraz in the wee hours.
The trip to india was kinda dramatic. Let me chronicle them...

Drama 1: Forgotten to apply for VISA, was rushing like *&#! to get it done on the day of departure. went to India High Commission in Grange Road, they told me to get it at Mustafa. "Mustafa?!" I thought. "24 hours supermart", "food.." seems normal but "24hrs VISA Application"? Wow.. guess I must have been outta touch for so long. Went back to high commission at 4.30pm to collect VISA. The VISA costs me $250. cash! Finally got it at 5pm and my flight is at 6.50pm! Again I sped down orchard road and CTE home, got my stuff and drove to airport. Met Johnny and thanks to him for helping to "land" my car back at tampines.

Drama 2: 10min before boarding, announcement came "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are experience technical problems with the aircraft, we are changing you to another aircraft. Please wait for further announcement".... -_-" The flight was delayed by 1 hr before I got on board and started praying.... hard...

Drama 3: Captain Speaking: "Dear passengers, we are experience high traffic at Delhi International Airport and it would probably another 30min before its our turn. We would be going in rounds before landing..." I regretted not taking pictures of the flight path! We were up in the sky flying in circles... ha!

The rest is history... The Muse, Boutigue Hotel in New Delhi did impress me. Its was very very comfortable, very much better then savoy apartments in dubai which costs about 100USD more. One common thing for both hotels.... they do not sell alcohol... I was dying.. -_-"

The food on board SQ was marvelous, everything was so nice, except for the cries by toddlers. Singapore Sling was good and shiraz was fantastic. ha! And finally, I've got the time to sit down and watch this movie (at around 3am in the morning, SG time.. haha!) Now I know why Kenneth said its super duper funny show.. realistically romantic! :)
